At Thrise, we help Indian brands dominate Amazon — in India and globally across the US, UK, and UAE.Founded by an Ex-Amazon employee and an IIT Madras alumnus, we are an Amazon Ads Verified Partner managing full-stack growth for 30+ brands across categories like Beauty, Home, FMCG, Fashion, and Electronics.We are preparing for our Seed fundraising round — and we need one sharp, driven person to own the entire process alongside the founders.The Role: Venture & Strategy AssociateThis is not a support role. This is a high-ownership, founder-facing position where you will directly drive one of the most important milestones in our company's journey.You will own:Building our investor pipeline — 100+ angels, micro-VCs, and family officesWriting and executing personalised investor outreachGetting meetings on the founders' calendarPreparing and maintaining pitch materials, data room, and financial summariesManaging due diligence requests from interested investorsTracking every conversation from first contact to term sheetYou are the right person if you have:3–5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or startup strategyA strong understanding of India's angel and early-stage VC ecosystemExcellent written communication — you will be writing outreach that gets readExperience managing multiple high-priority conversations simultaneouslyThe hunger to work directly with founders and learn the full fundraising playbookWhat makes this role rare:Direct mentorship from Ex-Amazon and IIT Madras foundersFull visibility into a real Seed fundraising process — end to endESOPs in an early-stage company with reliable growth ambitionsChennai-based hybrid role with flexibilityCareer path to Head of Strategy as we scaleIf you have been part of a startup raise, worked at a VC fund, or come from investment banking and want to move to the operator side — this is your seat.Drop your CV + one line on the last fundraising process you were part of to:
