AI Engineer with Zuora

We are currently seeking a talented AI Engineer with Zuora experience to join our team and work on innovative AI-driven revenue reporting and telecom billing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building LLM-powered applications, working with data analytics, and integrating AI solutions with Zuora-based billing and revenue systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or similar
• Build AI-driven solutions to support Zuora billing, revenue reporting, and analytics workflows
• Implement prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent workflows
• Develop scalable APIs and services to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems
• Optimize model performance, latency, and operational cost
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Monitor and improve model outputs through continuous evaluation and feedback loops
• Follow responsible AI practices including data privacy, security, and bias mitigation

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python (required); Java or JavaScript is a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP techniques
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, transformers, and deep learning
• Experience building and deploying cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with Vertex AI in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong experience with SQL databases and data analytics

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zuora billing platform and revenue reporting systems
• Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to reinforcement learning, evaluation metrics, or synthetic data generation
• Experience delivering production-grade AI systems
