𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 - 𝗨𝗦 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱 We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen our compliance framework, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large system integrators and a strong understanding of compliance documentation, submission processes, and regulatory alignment. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: · Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures. · Establish a structured compliance framework for documentation, submissions, and internal workflows. · Ensure all paperwork and processes adhere to guidelines defined by system integrators. · Monitor compliance across projects and ensure timely and accurate submissions. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline compliance-related processes. · Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. · Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
