Role Description
We’re looking for a Jr. Brand Strategist & Researcher who can blend sharp market intelligence with creative thinking. This role is key to identifying new business opportunities, decoding brands, and building insight-led strategies that convert into impactful collaborations.
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
*Mumbai based candidates preferred
*Agency background is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Identify and track new and emerging brands across industries
- Conduct in-depth research on brand positioning, target audience, competitors, and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential brands for outreach
- Share relevant and well-researched brand leads with the Business Development team
- Identify gaps and opportunities where the agency can add value
- Translate research into strong, actionable brand strategies
- Develop creative collaboration ideas, campaign directions, and pitch concepts
- Support the BD and creative teams with insight-led narratives for pitches
- Stay updated with digital trends, pop culture, influencer landscape, and emerging platforms
- Leverage trends to suggest timely and relevant brand ideas
- Create concise research reports, decks, and insight summaries
Qualifications
- 6 months–1 year of experience in brand strategy, research, marketing, or agency roles
- Strong research, analytical, and observation skills
- Ability to connect data, trends, and insights into strategic ideas
- Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to influencer marketing, content strategy, or campaign planning
- Creative thinking with a strong sense of cultural relevance
