Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Collaborate with clients to develop creative promotional concepts and campaigns
• Provide input on product selection, branding ideas, and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure creative ideas are executed effectively
• Handle client inquiries, proposals, and order management
• Step in to manage accounts and close deals when needed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in promotional products, marketing, or related industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Google Workplace
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Preferred Skills

• Experience in business to business sales
• Background or interest in branding, design, or marketing creativity
• Ability to translate client ideas into tangible promotional solutions
• Awareness of trends in promotional merchandise and brand storytelling
• Interest in digital marketing
