Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Video Editor & Videographer to join our creative team in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will handle all stages of video production — from conceptualizing and filming to editing and final delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce creative visuals that align with client brand identities and marketing objectives, including on-location shoots as required.

Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, brand campaigns, corporate films, and digital platforms Execute all stages of video production including pre-production planning, on-ground filming, and post-production editing Optimize videos for engagement across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Handle colour grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to ensure storytelling aligns with client objectives Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and platform-specific content formats Manage footage libraries and deliver projects within deadlines Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools Strong videography skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup Creativity and storytelling ability to produce visually engaging content Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects is a plus Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content requirements Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Strong time management skills with attention to detail under tight deadlines Prior experience in branding, advertising, or content creation industries is advantageous A degree or certification in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred Compensation Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA (based on experience and portfolio strength) How to Apply csm.thinkb@gmail.com 8152964360 www.thinkb.agency
