Role Overview The Inside Sales Executive is the operational backbone of the Corporate Sales team. You ensure zero lead leakage, maintain CRM hygiene, qualify inbound leads, schedule demos, and support the BDEs with proposals and coordination. This is a full-time office role.
You are not a cold caller — you are the person who makes the hunters more effective. A great Inside Sales Executive multiplies the output of the entire team without carrying a personal revenue target.
What You Will DoLead Management
- Receive, qualify, and assign all inbound leads from website, email, ads, and events within 2 hours
- Conduct brief qualification calls (10–15 minutes) to assess lead size, timeline, and decision-maker
- Route qualified leads to Sr. BDE (deals above Rs. 3L) or Jr. BDE (deals below Rs. 3L) with full context notes in CRM
- Follow up on demo no-shows and unresponsive leads — keep them warm until BDE can re-engage
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain 100% CRM accuracy — every lead, contact, and deal stage updated in real time
- Send weekly pipeline summary to Sales Manager every Friday by 4 PM
- Flag deals with no activity for 7+ consecutive days to the Sales Manager immediately
- Manage prospect database — remove duplicates, update contacts, ensure data hygiene at all times
Sales Support
- Prepare first-draft proposals using the approved Think Exam proposal template
- Coordinate demo scheduling — send calendar invites, confirmations, and day-before reminders
- Prepare competitor comparison sheets, client case studies, and product one-pagers for BDE use
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years in inside sales, tele-sales, pre-sales, or sales coordination in a B2B environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Hindi — the single most important requirement
- Highly organised — can manage 100+ active leads simultaneously without dropping any
- Detail-oriented — catches errors in proposals, tracks all follow-up commitments in CRM
- CRM familiarity — Zoho CRM or HubSpot; willingness to become the team's CRM expert
- Proactive — flags problems before they become crises; doesn't wait to be asked
