Role Description
We are seeking a part-time to full-time Account Manager, Brand Partnerships, to build and nurture relationships with our brand partners. As an Account Manager, you will use your experience in brand outreach, relationship building, and partner management to grow Think Dirty's portfolio of Verified brand partners across the beauty, wellness, and CPG space. With your strategic, consultative approach and genuine passion for clean beauty, you will act as a trusted partner to your assigned accounts — helping brands leverage Think Dirty's platform, audience, and ingredient transparency tools to build consumer trust and grow their business. The role involves managing day-to-day communication with partners, identifying and executing strategic opportunities to support brand campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of partnership deliverables. You will also analyze performance metrics, provide detailed reports, and strategize on ways to enhance partner satisfaction and success while supporting Think Dirty’s mission and goals.
The impact you'll make
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven partner manager with demonstrated performance in new business development, growing strategic partnerships, and consistent revenue delivery. You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of brand partners, understanding their business goals, and recommending effective solutions to achieve them.
What You'll Do
- Research and prospect brand partners aligned with Think Dirty's mission — including beauty box, affiliate, and Verified partnership opportunities. Build and maintain qualified lead lists using tools like Apollo.io and ZoomInfo. Accurately manage the sales pipeline to prioritize opportunities and resources.
- Craft personalized cold outreach emails that feel human, not templated. Conduct timely, intentional follow-ups that move prospects through the pipeline. Prospect and penetrate brand organizations to identify and influence founders, marketing leads, and key decision-makers.
- Build and expand trusted relationships with brand partners at all levels: from indie beauty founders to established CPG teams. Focus on identifying budget owners, understanding their priorities, and becoming the partner they want to hear from.
- Develop and actively manage short- and long-term account plans based on each partner's brand objectives, marketing goals, and growth potential. Conduct effective discovery sessions to understand their top priorities and business challenges.
- Create and present solution-based or objective-based partnership proposals tailored to each brand's goals. Assist in preparing partner-facing decks, campaign briefs, and reporting that showcase measurable results.
- Own the net revenue growth strategy for your portfolio by driving new partnerships, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Lead the proposal-to-close process — preparing partnership packages, facilitating agreements, and managing onboarding. Manage renewal cycles proactively with workback plans to secure opportunities in a predictable manner.
- Monitor account health using data-driven insights to track engagement, campaign performance, and satisfaction. Proactively identify churn risks and take steps to address them, partnering with the CEO and internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction, adoption, and value realization.
- Work closely with the CEO and internal marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure partner campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with Think Dirty's mission. Prepare partner-facing reports, performance updates, and presentations that clearly communicate value.
- Manage affiliate partnerships end-to-end — outreach, onboarding, performance monitoring, and ongoing relationship management. Source and coordinate beauty box partnership opportunities aligned with Think Dirty's brand standards.
- Support both B2B brand partners and B2C app users through multiple communication channels, including onboarding check-ins, relationship touchpoints, and follow-ups that ensure a positive, consistent experience across all touchpoints.
- Help keep things running smoothly, assist with partner onboarding documentation, manage submissions and agreements, and support internal handoffs. Keep information organized across Google Sheets, Redbooth, and shared tools.
- Stay informed on clean beauty industry trends, contribute ideas for process improvements, and help build partnership playbooks and workflows that make the team more effective over time.
