Job Description
As a Supply Chain, Logistics & Warehouse Operations Executive in the Pharmaceutical Industry, your role will involve managing warehouse operations for pharmaceutical and medical supplies export cargo. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GDP standards, proper storage practices, and timely dispatch of goods. Additionally, you will need to coordinate export shipments, have a clear understanding of major incoterms, and be knowledgeable about international regulatory norms related to pharmaceutical products in supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharma and non-pharma goods
- Ensure compliance with International Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
- Maintain batch-wise inventory tracking and FEFO
- Coordinate container stuffing (FCL/LCL)
- Coordinate with Vendors, Freight forwarders, CHA, and Warehouse for order management
- Verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COA)
- Supervise labeling, palletization, and packaging
- Coordinate with QA/QC for dispatch clearance
- Conduct monthly and periodic stock audits and cycle counts
- Clearing the Vendor Invoices for Inbound and Outbound FTWZ shipments
- Ensure compliance with DGFT / ICEGATE and customs
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceuticals in a similar profile
- Thorough knowledge of Coordination with Freight Forwarders
- Knowledge of GDP, FEFO, batch tracking
- Experience with WMS
- Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation
- Robust coordination and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management
- Practical knowledge of warehouse management software and tools
