Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Aerospace & Defense (ADG) projects end-to-end. The role involves project execution, client management, team leadership, and driving business growth while ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope, budget, and quality
• Manage client relationships and handle escalations
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• Drive project planning, risk management, and execution
• Ensure compliance with industry and defense standards
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, and resource utilization
• Support business growth and pre-sales activities

Technical Skills (Preferred)

• ATE & Automation: LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C/C++
• RF Testing: Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Signal Generator
• Measurements: Gain, VSWR, return Loss, Noise Figure
• PCB Testing: ICT, FCT, debugging (power/signal integrity)
• Instruments: Oscilloscope, DMM, Logic Analyzer
• Protocols: MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet
• Standards: MIL-STD, DO-160

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech (MBA preferred)
• 0810+ years in Project/Delivery Management
• Minimum 5 years in leadership role
• Experience in Aerospace/Defence/Automation/Testing domain
• Strong leadership, client handling, and problem-solving skills
