Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers and guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services
- Address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently via phone, email, or in person
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Assist with food service operations when necessary, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- Engage with children during events or activities, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
- Provide information about services, programs, or events through clear public speaking when needed
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of daily activities and resolve any issues promptly
- Support event setup and breakdown as required, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or food service preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively through public speaking or presentations
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hospitality standards and food safety practices is advantageous
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed; previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is desirable
