Job Description
As an Inside Sales Executive/Lead Qualification Associate at Theia Real Estate in Jaipur, your role involves managing and qualifying inbound and outbound leads generated from various sources. You will be responsible for calling property owners, investors, buyer leads, and broker leads to qualify and convert them into meetings or sales opportunities for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call leads from portals, campaigns, referrals, and databases
- Qualify seller, buyer, and investor leads based on defined criteria
- Understand property requirements, motivations, budgets, and timelines
- Identify serious opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team
Appointment Setting:
- Book meetings for the founder/sales team with property owners and prospects
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
- Re-engage dormant leads and revive opportunities
- Coordinate site visits or discovery calls as needed
CRM & Pipeline Management:
- Update all lead conversations in CRM/lead tracker
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-up schedules, and lead status
- Ensure no qualified lead slips through the pipeline
- Track lead conversion and follow-up metrics
Relationship Building:
- Build rapport with property owners, buyers, brokers, and investors over calls
- Nurture leads for potential conversion over time
- Represent Theia professionally in all interactions
Ideal Candidate:
- 14 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer relationship roles
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calls and follow-ups
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Organized, persistent, and target-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools or lead management sheets preferred
Key KPIs:
- Number of daily calls made
- Qualified leads generated
- Meetings booked
- Lead-to-meeting conversion ratio
- Follow-up adherence
- Contribution to closures
