Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and prepare GAAP statements
• Build and maintain working papers and variance analyses
• Oversee payroll and compliance filings
• Coach and mentor junior accountants and offer hands-on support
• Prepare board and management reporting with actionable insights

Requirements

• CPA designation or actively pursuing one
• Strong full-cycle accounting understanding
• Experience running payroll systems
• Proficiency in Excel and cloud-based accounting tools
• Curiosity for emerging finance technologies
