Job Description: Associate Marketing Executive
We are on the hunt for a high-energy, strategically-minded Associate Marketing Executive to join our creative marketing agency. Since we live and breathe brand storytelling, we aren’t just looking for someone to "manage" campaigns—we need someone who understands the
why
behind the
what.
As an agency, our output is only as good as the strategy driving it. You will be the bridge between client objectives and creative execution, ensuring every static post, video, and influencer collaboration hits the mark.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of online campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
- Creative Strategy: Briefing design and video teams with a clear "marketing POV." You should be able to articulate why a certain hook works or why a specific aesthetic aligns with a brand’s DNA.
- Content Oversight: Reviewing and refining creative assets (statics, reels, long-form video) to ensure they are conversion-optimized and brand-compliant.
- Influencer Marketing: Identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships that feel authentic, not forced.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring campaign health and providing actionable insights (we love data, but we love what the data
tells
us even more).
What We’re Looking For
- The "Marketing Eye": You don't just look at a design and say "it looks nice." You look at it and ask, "Does this stop the scroll? Is the CTA clear? Does this resonate with the target persona?"
- Digital Fluency: You have a solid grasp of Meta Ads, YouTube trends, and the ever-changing Instagram/TikTok landscape.
- Creative Collaboration: You know how to talk to designers and editors. You can translate complex marketing goals into simple, inspiring creative briefs.
- Trend Spotting: You’re usually the first to know about a new meme format or a shift in influencer culture.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing is a must. We value the strategic foundation it provides.
- 1 year of hands-on experience running digital/social campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing static, video, and influencer-led content.
- Excellent communication, a "get-it-done" attitude, and a sharp sense of humor.
