We operate a small team of 15 people and our main focus is on helping older dogs live longer. As a growing, performance-driven company, we place a heavy emphasis on how our ideas show up in the real world — especially through the creatives that drive our growth.

Role Description

This is a

full-time remote role

as a Video Editor focused on eCommerce performance creatives.

We run ads across

• Facebook
• TikTok
• YouTube

We’re looking for someone who:

• understands performance-driven creatives
• can think creatively and contribute ideas
• enjoys collaborating with a fast-moving team

You’ll have the freedom to:

• help shape creative strategy
• organize and manage your workflow
• contribute to content sourcing and overall creative direction

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with the creative team
• Develop, produce, review, and revise video content
• Contribute ideas for new creatives and angles
• Help manage and organize media and assets
• Work across multiple parts of the creative process

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Video Editor
• Experience working in an eCommerce environment
• Strong understanding of Facebook & TikTok ads and performance metrics
• Strong project and media management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability

Strong Plus:

• Photoshop experience
• Experience with tools like Monday.com
