Job Title: Customer Service Executive (WhatsApp & In-Store) Location: Baner, Pune Industry: Luxury Clothing & Accessories Job Overview: We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions on WhatsApp and Instagram, and assist walk-in customers at our store when required.

Key Responsibilities: Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram professionally Handle incoming calls (basic coordination) Assist walk-in customers in-store when needed Provide product details, availability, and order support Maintain polite and brand-appropriate communication Requirements: Good command of English (reading, writing, and understanding) Comfortable handling chats and basic calls Ability to manage both online and in-store customers Basic customer service skills Well-groomed and presentable Preferred: Prior experience in retail/clothing store is a plus Job Type: Full-time Walk-in Interview Details: Location: Baner, Pune
