Job Title: Installation & Warehouse Associate (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Installation & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role combines hands-on installation work at job sites with daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order preparation.

The ideal candidate is proactive, physically capable, and enjoys working with tools, materials, and systems in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in skilled trades, logistics, and home improvement to develop valuable, real-world skills.

Key Responsibilities

Installation Duties:

• Install custom home storage systems, including cabinetry, shelving, and closet solutions
• Assist with garage epoxy flooring installations (training provided)
• Follow installation plans to ensure accuracy and high-quality workmanship
• Transport tools and materials safely to and from job sites

Warehouse & Operations Duties:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize and store inventory efficiently within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and orders for upcoming installations
• Load and unload materials, including pallets and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems

General Responsibilities:

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety protocols
• Support team members with general duties as required

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of tools, hardware, and installation techniques
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability to work weekends
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset (not required)

Experience (Preferred but Not Required)

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, construction, or installation work
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment
