As a Student Relationship & Outreach Manager at The Student Scoop, your role will involve driving student enrollments through structured parent counselling, lead funnel management, outreach partnerships, and relationship-driven conversions. You will be responsible for managing the complete inquiry to demo to enrollment funnel, conducting professional counselling sessions with IB & Cambridge parents, maintaining CRM & daily reporting discipline, driving school & community outreach initiatives, and collaborating with marketing to improve conversion rates.

- 25 years in education admissions / counselling / outreach
- Strong English communication & presentation skills
- Structured and data-driven mindset
- Comfortable handling high-value parent discussions
- Growth-oriented and target-focused
- Experience in IB / Cambridge segment will be an added advantage
