Role Objective
To deliver world-class cocktail and beverage experiences by preparing premium drinks, engaging guests with creativity and hospitality, maintaining bar excellence, and contributing to the vibrant culture of The Spirited Spot.
The Bartender will act as both a beverage expert and guest experience creator, ensuring every drink reflects quality, consistency, innovation, and the energy of the TSS brand.

Responsibilities
- Prepare classic, signature, and innovative cocktails as per TSS standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, garnish, and quality
- Execute beverage preparation efficiently during high-volume service hours
- Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, bitters, and cocktail techniques
- Participate in menu innovation and seasonal beverage development

2. Guest Experience & Bar Engagement
Responsibilities
- Engage guests with warmth, confidence, and product knowledge
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and moods
- Create memorable bar interactions and personalized experiences
- Maintain energetic and premium bar presence
- Handle guest feedback and requests professionally

3. Bar Operations Management
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations
- Ensure opening and closing bar procedures are properly executed
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Support inventory management and beverage stock control
- Coordinate smoothly with floor and kitchen teams during service

Responsibilities
- Develop signature cocktails and experimental beverage concepts
- Stay updated with global mixology and cocktail trends
- Experiment with infusions, syrups, garnishes, and presentation styles

- Collaborate with marketing and events teams for beverage promotions

6. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
Responsibilities
- Follow hygiene and bar safety standards at all times
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and spirits
- Maintain grooming and presentation standards
- Adhere to alcohol service guidelines and operational SOPs
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

7. Team Collaboration & Professional Development
Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with bartenders, captains, stewards, and managers
- Participate in training sessions and cocktail workshops
- Mentor junior bar staff when required
- Maintain operational discipline and positive team culture

Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
- Passion for hospitality, nightlife, music, and guest engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high-energy and fast-paced environments
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Positive personality with strong bar presence and confidence
- Understanding of premium hospitality and cocktail culture
- Prior experience in premium bars, lounges, restaurants, or hospitality brands preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Bartending certification or hospitality-related education preferred
- 1–5 years of relevant bartending or mixology experience
- Flair bartending or cocktail competition experience is an added advantage
