Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across business functions. The role involves data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and visualization to generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
Assist in building data models and basic forecasting analysis
Document data processes, methodologies, and reporting structures
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a data analytics or similar role
Proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries)
Working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Familiarity with at least one programming language: Python or R
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
