Job Description

You’re a PMO — Supply Chain Business Analyst tasked with implementing the new Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting testing, and driving process improvements. Based at the Kensington Store Support Centre for a 12‑month FTC.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the implementation of our new WMS – from configuration and testing to deployment.
  • Designing and validating processes, creating future‑state process maps, and maintaining documentation.
  • Providing guidance on implementation and becoming the WMS subject matter expert post go‑live.
  • Driving continuous improvement and owning system support activities.
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain, DC operations, Technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Working on DC and network/freight changes as part of a growing project team.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst role.
  • Prior experience rolling out WMS (applicants without hands‑on WMS experience will not be considered).
  • Strong communication skills – able to simplify technical detail for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Visio, or Smartsheet.
