🎯 What You’ll Own

💡 Social Media Strategy

Craft powerful, insight-driven social strategies that cut through the noise. You’ll decode audience behavior, platform trends and turn them into high-impact campaigns.

🎨 Creative Direction

Lead the creation of thumb-stopping content—whether it’s visuals, videos, or copy. Ensure everything aligns with brand voice and leaves a lasting impression.

👥 Team Leadership

Mentor and manage a dynamic mix of social media managers, designers and content creators. Build a culture where ideas thrive and creativity scales.

💰 Budget & Deliverables

Own the numbers and the narrative. Allocate budgets smartly and ensure every campaign delivers ROI and impact.

🤝 Collaboration

Work closely with account management, paid media, and other teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.

🧠 What You Bring

10–12+ years in social media + creative roles (agency experience is a must)

Proven track record of leading successful digital campaigns

Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content ecosystems

A sharp creative instinct with the ability to translate ideas into execution

Leadership skills that inspire, not just instruct

Excellent communication and presentation abilities
