Staff Pharmacist Full time and Part Time Position Available The Pharmacist is a family owned and operated independent pharmacy serving Lake County for more than 35 years. We are a fast, accurate, friendly, and affordable full-service clinical pharmacy, functional medicine clinic and modern boutique apothecary. We offer a variety of comprehensive pharmacy services and are looking to add a dedicated Pharmacist to our growing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews physician orders for safety and appropriateness.
- Documents activities accurately and appropriately.
- Dispenses medication and supplies in a manner consistent with organizational policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations and statutes.
- Serve as a clinical resource to staff, patients, and providers.
- Procure medications and supplies.
- Provide clinical pharmacy and disease management services to patients, providers and third party payers.
- Comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the management, oversight and operation of all aspects of the pharmacy.
Hours of operation:
- Monday-Friday 9:00-5:30 (Closed for lunch from 12:00pm-12:30pm)
- Saturday 9:00-12:00
- Sunday Closed
- Evenings off
- Weekends off with exception of a scheduled 3hr rotating Saturday
Pharmacist Qualifications / Skills:
- Interest in serving the community and helping others
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize work and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of Legal compliance
- Quality focus
- Attention to detail
Education and Licensing Requirements:
- Graduate degree from an accredited pharmacy college recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE)
- Doctorate or Bachelors
- Valid State of Florida Pharmacist License in Good Standing
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
