Accounting Manager for Compliance and Reporting

Oversee financial integrity as an Accounting Manager, managing day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring compliance with ASPE. Facilitate accurate month-end closing and detailed financial reporting.

In this role, report directly to the Controller and take charge of core accounting responsibilities including accounts payable and receivable. Your expertise will aid in financial analysis and provide critical support for management’s planning. Lead a team while enforcing internal control policies and maintaining financial data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve timely financial statements through sound practices
• Lead accounting staff in completing accurate work allocations
• Manage general ledger activities and month-end reconciliations
• Coordinate financial audits, providing necessary documentation
• Conduct revenue monitoring and margin analyses for insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance essential
• CPA, CA, or equivalent designation is preferred
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Mentoring or supervisory experience a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAGE Intacct
