Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Ashburn, VA, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The role involves developing relationships with clients, guiding them through the mortgage process, and securing financing solutions that meet individual needs. Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial information, assisting clients with loan applications, collaborating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The candidate will also work closely with internal teams to deliver top-notch customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Loan Officer and familiarity with the Mortgage Industry
• Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending processes and Underwriting practices
• Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations
• Proficiency with mortgage processing systems and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license (required)
