What This Role Is Really About

This role goes beyond traditional hotel operations.

As a Hotel Management Intern, you will own the experience of international guests staying at The Mettlex properties.

You will act as the primary coordinator between guests, hospitals, and hospitality teams, ensuring that every stay runs smoothly and that guests feel supported throughout their medical journey.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day

• Manage daily operations of MettleX recovery stay properties
• Coordinate with hospital teams regarding guest admissions, discharge timelines, and recovery requirements
• Ensure international guests receive seamless hospitality and support services
• Oversee housekeeping, food services, and guest assistance operations
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests and their families
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and service coordination
• Maintain high hospitality standards across rooms and common areas
• Ensure smooth coordination between service staff, hospital teams, and management
• Support operational planning and service improvement initiatives
