Job Description
Looking for someone who can support with data research, database preparation, outreach coordination, follow-ups, and basic analysis for an upcoming initiative.
This will be a part-time or project-based role for the next 2 to 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Research and prepare structured databases
- Collect and organize relevant information from different sources
- Maintain clean trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
- Identify the right people or organizations to connect with
- Send professional messages and emails when required
- Follow up in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinate calls and meetings
- Prepare weekly progress reports
- Analyze collected data and share simple insights
- Support planning and coordination of upcoming activities
Eligibility:
- Good research skills
- To organize data properly
- Good written communication skills
- To follow up professionally
- Who can work independently
Prior experience in data analysis, research, coordination, outreach, business development, or admin support will be an added advantage.
Someone based in India is preferred.
