Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hairstyling, coloring, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on proper hair and skincare routines.
• Upsell salon products and services to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Experience

• Must have a valid cosmetology license.
• Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred.
• Proficient in various beauty techniques including hair cutting, styling, coloring, makeup application, nail care, and eyelash extensions.
• Knowledge of retail sales and retail math for upselling salon products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
