Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile designer with strong capabilities in web design, user experience, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be able to create modern, responsive digital experiences while producing high-quality visual assets that support our brand and communication goals. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in West Kelowna.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive, user-friendly websites and interfaces
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts that align with project goals
• Produce graphics for web, social media, marketing materials, and branding
• Ensure consistency across all visual and digital assets
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and project managers to bring concepts to completion
• Contribute creative ideas and design solutions to enhance user experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Web Design, UI/UX, and Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Figma, GIMP, Inkscape, Canva, or comparable non-Adobe design tools
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design assets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Preferred Skills
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Experience with UX research or usability testing
• Familiarity with motion or interaction design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
