We are seeking a Legal Analyst who brings a practical, solution-oriented mindset—someone capable of going beyond academic frameworks to work on complex, high-impact cases involving banks, NBFCs, and recovery mechanisms.
What you will be doing?
- Analyse client loan profiles (secured/unsecured, EMI history, defaults)
- Draft settlement proposals, legal communications, and ADR-related documentation
- Support negotiation strategies with banks, NBFCs, and assist in dispute resolution through ADR mechanisms
- Advise clients on legal risks, CIBIL impact, settlement structuring, and dispute resolution options
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and fair recovery practices
- Maintain case trackers and provide structured reporting insights.
Who we are looking for?
- BA LLB, BBA LLB or LLB graduate (Freshers preferred)
- Fluency in Telugu and English required; Kannada is a plus.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of banking, debt recovery, and ADR frameworks is a plus
- Practical mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for handling sensitive client situations
