About the Role
Bloom Finance Company is hiring a Broker Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of mortgage broker relationships — while staying directly involved in the deal lifecycle from introduction through to funding.
- At a high level, you’ll build and manage a network of mortgage brokers across your territory, acting as their go-to partner for reverse mortgages — while also stepping into deals to help move them across the finish line.
- Managing a pipeline of approximately 20 deals per month
- Educating prospective clients and brokers on reverse mortgages and Bloom’s products and process
- Taking full mortgage applications and guiding clients through underwriting, appraisal, and funding
- Owning the client relationship end-to-end, from first call to closing
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with mortgage brokers in your market
- Partner with brokers to structure deals and position solutions effectively
- Work closely with underwriting and operations to progress deals through to funding
- Stay actively involved in the deal lifecycle — not just sourcing, but closing
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to quarterback deals and drive outcomes
About You
You are a consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and takes pride in helping clients make informed financial decisions.
- 2–5 years of experience in mortgages, financial services, or a related field
- Active Mortgage Agent, Broker, or Associate license in BC (required)
- Experience working with mortgage brokers or within the broker channel
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to simplify complex products
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients and brokers in a joint sales process
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals at various stages
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally (e.g. underwriting, operations)
- Bonus: underwriting or deal structuring experience
- Must be located in BC

Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Variable Compensation: Up to $75,000 (performance-based, uncapped)
