Senior Loss Prevention Supervisor: Field Leader & Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Retail Loss Prevention professional with a minimum of 2–3 years as a Loss Prevention Officer, including documented apprehensions/arrests in a retail environment. Candidates must also have 2–3 years of supervisory and training experience specifically within Loss Prevention, including leading teams, developing procedural training, and enforcing advanced asset-protection protocols. Only applicants with direct, hands-on LP field experience and proven leadership in LP operations will be considered. Must have own vehicle. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends.
