Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Vocal Music Teacher to join our school faculty. The candidate will be responsible for teaching vocal music to students aged 4 to 15, fostering their interest in music, and supporting their overall creative development within a structured school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vocal music classes for students from Kindergarten to Middle School (ages 4–15)
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and academic calendar
- Teach fundamentals of vocal music, including pitch, rhythm, voice control, and basic theory
- Prepare students for school events, competitions, annual day performances, and cultural programs
- Encourage student participation in music-related activities and clubs
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school management
- Use audio tools and digital resources (MP3 editing, recordings, etc.) to enhance learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for interdisciplinary activities and events
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass with a Degree/Diploma in Music (Vocal)
- Teacher Training in Music or relevant certification (preferred)
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic communication skills in English
- Knowledge of MP3 editing and basic audio tools
- Basic computer/system knowledge
