As an Order Picker, your primary goal will be to collect and organize merchandise accurately following established procedures. You'll ensure that orders are packed correctly to avoid damage, while also interacting with customers for basic transactions at the Service Desk. Compliance with safety regulations is crucial while moving goods throughout the store. This role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• 1-2 years Retail or Distribution experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to operate order picker machines is beneficial
• Capable of lifting heavy items as required
