Land Acquisition Executive – Real Estate Projects (India)

We are looking for a Land Acquisition professional with hands-on experience in buying land for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable land parcels for real estate development
• Check land feasibility, pricing, location & development potential
• Negotiate with landowners and property brokers
• Handle end-to-end land acquisition (from identification to deal closure)
• Understand land documents, title checks, zoning & approvals
• Coordinate with lawyers, government offices & internal teams
• Support due diligence and registration process

Must-Have Requirements :

• Experience in land acquisition / land buying for real estate projects
• Strong negotiation skills with landowners & brokers
• Good knowledge of land documents, title, zoning & approvals
• Real estate background is mandatory
• Experience should be end-to-end land acquisition, not only paperwork

Experience

• 3+ years in land acquisition / real estate land buying

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
