Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in Rock Hall, MD, for Certified Pilates Instructors and RYT: Yoga Instructors. Instructors will be responsible for leading individual and group classes, designing safe and effective exercise plans, and providing personalized support to clients. Other responsibilities include assessing client needs, ensuring proper form and technique, and fostering a positive and motivating environment. Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the community-oriented atmosphere of the studio are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience and certification in Pilates Instruction or as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)
• Skills in leading Group Exercise classes and working collaboratively with a team
• Understanding of Physical Therapy concepts and their application in fitness instruction
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
• Proficiency in Teaching diverse groups and individuals with a variety of skill levels
• CPR/AED certification is a strong advantage
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for health and wellness
