Pay: $16–$18 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Part-time, approximately 24-32 hours per week

Schedule: Must be available days, evenings, and weekends

The Grand Hotel in Historic Downtown McKinney is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll help create an exceptional stay from check-in to check-out in one of McKinney’s most charming boutique hotels.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, hospitality, and working in a beautiful historic hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest inquiries
• Provide recommendations for restaurants, shops, and attractions in Downtown McKinney
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest information
• Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and management
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and professional

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional phone and in-person presence
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable with computers and basic office programs
• Ability to multitask in a hospitality environment
• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Schedule

Part-time position working approximately 24–32 hours per week, including day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends based on hotel needs. Shifts are 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm.
