Manufacturing Industrial Engineer Associate

This role focuses on developing and optimizing labor standards and recommendations that directly influence plant performance. You will analyze staffing levels, conduct time studies, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to execute efficiency studies and support continuous improvement initiatives. Expect to apply Lean, Six Sigma, and MOST methodologies for impactful operational enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering; Master’s preferred
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with industrial engineering principles

• Knowledge of labor relations activities
