Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest service, manage team performance, and maintain high hospitality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing front-office functions, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues, coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
• Proven expertise in Customer Service to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management to oversee dining operations and standards
• Experience in Hospitality to maintain high service standards and foster customer satisfaction
• Ability to provide Training to team members to ensure consistent service quality
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
