Job Summary

CSR Landmark Resorts is looking for energetic and customer-friendly F&B Service Staff (Stewards / Captains) to join our hospitality team. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about food service, guest interaction, and working in a resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in restaurant, banquet, and event areas
• Take food & beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Set up tables and maintain service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas
• Assist in buffet and event service (corporate outings, parties, etc.)
• Handle guest requests and provide a pleasant dining experience

Candidate Requirements

• Fresher or up to 5 years experience in F&B / Hotel / Restaurant service
• Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends & holidays
• Team player with customer-first mindset
