Job Title: Preschool Day Care Teacher

Location: The Foundation School, Malleshpalaya

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and responsible Preschool Day Care Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. The candidate will support children’s early learning, supervise daily activities, and ensure their overall well-being during day care hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities (play-based learning, storytelling, art & craft, etc.)
• Maintain a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist children with daily routines such as eating, sleeping, and hygiene
• Monitor children’s behavior and development, and report concerns if any
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress and daily updates
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play area
• Follow school policies, health, and safety guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in preschool or day care is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
• Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices

Working Hours:

• Typically aligned with day care timings (may include extended hours)
• Availability on weekends (if required)

Salary:

• Based on experience

Additional Requirements

• First aid knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly
• Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
