Role Summary

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join one of the fastest-growing teams in the region. This role is built for someone who wants to step into immediate opportunity, not start from scratch.

You will have direct access to high-quality leads across multiple asset classes, along with premium tools and over $50M in off-market commercial inventory to actively promote and transact. This is a production-focused role with strong support, designed to accelerate your growth in commercial real estate.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means consistently converting opportunities into transactions while building a strong personal brand in the commercial space. Within your first 90–180 days, you should be actively working deals across leasing, acquisitions, and off-market opportunities, while developing a pipeline of repeat clients and referrals.

Top performers in this position will:

  • Close multiple lease and sale transactions within their first year
  • Build a consistent pipeline across buyers, sellers, and developers
  • Establish themselves as a trusted commercial advisor in their market
  • Leverage team resources to scale production quickly

Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial transactions
  • Actively manage and convert inbound leads including lease, buyer, seller, and development opportunities
  • Promote and transact on over $50M in off-market commercial listings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Conduct property tours, market analysis, and financial evaluations
  • Negotiate offers, leases, and agreements with a high level of professionalism
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal team members to maximize deal flow and exposure
  • Stay informed on market trends, zoning, and development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Licensed real estate professional (or in the process of becoming licensed)
