The Fast Way is a growing IT company focused on delivering innovative software solutions and technology services. We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer + IT Support Executive who can manage deployment processes and provide internal technical support to ensure smooth IT operations.

Job Responsibilities

DevOps Responsibilities:

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and system reliability.
• Handle cloud infrastructure and server configurations.
• Collaborate with development teams for smooth code integration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues.

IT Support Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, laptops, and office IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Assist employees with technical troubleshooting and system setup.
• Ensure regular system updates, backups, and security checks.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, Git, etc.).
• Understanding of Linux/Server management and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of networking, system troubleshooting, and IT support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as the role may involve client-facing interactions.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
