Microsoft Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting ERP implementations to improve business operations. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful deployment, system optimization, and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support complete ERP implementation cycles using Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business workflows and capture functional requirements.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend ERP-based solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Prepare detailed functional documentation and communicate requirements to development teams.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to support system customization, configuration, and integrations.
• Coordinate and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for end users to ensure smooth system usage.
• Provide post-deployment assistance and functional support when required.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Participate in projects involving both domestic and international clients.
• Travel to client sites when necessary to support project activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central in a functional consulting role.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP modules including: Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management, Finance.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, system configuration, and deployment support.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical resources.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in client-facing consulting roles and manage multiple responsibilities.
