We have a full-time position open in Holly Springs, NC. The starting pay is $87,360 annualized.

POSITION
This position will focus on process qualification in biopharmaceutical facilities. Critical skills for this position include technical writing and attention to detail. This position is for on-site client support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Coursework in core chemical engineering topics such as process dynamics and control, separation processes, and transport phenomena
- Relevant engineering experience acquired through an internship, co-op, research, or other applied engineering role
- Ability to work on-site in Holly Springs, NC (relocation assistance may be available)
- Ability to provide technical writing samples for assessment or complete a job-related technical writing assessment as part of the selection process
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen consistent with applicable law
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS MAY INCLUDE
- Standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling
- Periodic shift rotation (first, second, and third shifts) plus overtime
- Shifts plus overtime in a manufacturing area
- Shifts plus overtime of stationary computer work
- Gowning (donning and doffing): may include plant uniform, dedicated safety shoes, hairnet, beard cover, jumpsuit/overgown, hood, mask, gloves, and safety glasses/goggles

- Write technical documents using critical attention to detail and complex grammar and formatting
- Manage and organize own tasks to meet deadlines across multiple projects with dynamic schedules

INSURANCE
Medical: We offer a nationwide Anthem BCBS PPO medical plan. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of the premiums for full-time employees, their spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents.
Vision and Dental: We offer nationwide Ameritas plans for vision and dental. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of the premiums for full-time employees, their spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents.
Life and Disability: Full-time employees are covered by our Mutual of Omaha Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability plans. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of these premiums.
PAID TIME OFF
Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees may accrue up to 15 days (120 hours) of PTO per year. In addition, all employees receive a lump sum of 3 days (24 hours) of PTO each year.
Paid Holidays: All employees receive 8 paid holidays per year.
RETIREMENT
Retirement Plan: All employees may participate in our Fidelity SIMPLE plan, a tax-deferred retirement plan. The DiLisi Group will match employee contributions up to 3% of gross wages.
