Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pediatric occupational therapy, be confident in designing and implementing individualized intervention plans, and work collaboratively with families and professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough OT evaluations and sensory-motor assessments. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting fine motor, sensory processing, daily living, and self-regulation skills. Maintain accurate and timely session notes and progress reports. Collaborate closely with psychologists, speech therapists, and educators as part of a multidisciplinary team. Guide and educate families to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home.
