If you live and breathe Snowflake and still enjoy rolling up your sleeves technically, this is the kind of role that doesn’t come around often.

The Certus Group has partnering with a large, complex supply chain leader that is investing heavily in its data and analytics capabilities. They are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can both build and lead, someone equally comfortable in the architecture as they are coaching a team.

This is not a pure people-management role. The right person will be deeply technical, highly collaborative, and energized by turning data into meaningful operational insight.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as a player-coach, by contributing hands-on while leading a team of BI Analysts, Team Leads, and Data Engineers
• Driving and executing the analytics and BI roadmap aligned to business growth
• Building and optimizing Snowflake-centric data solutions and infrastructure
• Delivering high-quality dashboards and reporting that influence real operational decisions
• Applying advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, segmentation, ML where appropriate)
• Partnering cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and leadership teams
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing analytics team through regular coaching and 1:1s
• Continuously improving data quality, governance, and scalability of the environment

What they’re looking for:

• Must live and breathe Snowflake - deep, hands-on expertise is essential
• Proven experience as a technical contributor in modern data/analytics environments
• 5+ years in analytics with leadership experience managing teams
• Strong background in data infrastructure, analytics engineering, and BI delivery
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insight
• Advanced degree in a relevant quantitative or technical field is strongly preferred
• High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in developing people

Pay: $135,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
