Job Description
The Career Foundation is currently seeking Security Officer/Guard on behalf of one of our employer partners.
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for the store premises, inventory, and property during non-operational hours. This includes conducting patrols, and responding to any security concerns.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Demonstrated experience as security guard of 1 year in Canada
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Can stay alert at all times
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations
- Flexible availability for 10–12 hour night shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Physically able to perform patrol duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
