Overview

We are seeking an End-User Computing (EUC) Cloud Support Engineer to manage and secure corporate devices in a cloud-first environment. You will deploy, monitor, and optimize Windows and macOS endpoints, automate routine tasks, and support system performance and compliance. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, and endpoint management best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7-12 years in End-User Computing (EUC), Endpoint Engineering, or related roles.
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (configuration profiles, compliance, app deployment, scripting, reporting).
• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID (Conditional Access, device compliance policies)
• Windows OS administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoints with Intune and related platforms.
• Monitor system performance and maintain security/compliance baselines.
• Automate tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
• Support macOS and Windows devices.
• Document system configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
