Continental Cook/Barista

Position: Barista Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment Maintain cleanliness of café counter and work area Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service Manage billing and cash handling when required Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies Follow hygiene, safety, and food quality standards Assist in opening and closing duties of café operations Promote menu items and upsell products to customers Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations Requirements: Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations Good communication and customer handling skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment Team player with positive attitude Experience in café or restaurant preferred Continental Chef – Job Description Position: Continental Chef Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and standards Handle grilling, baking, sautéing, and sauce preparation Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Monitor kitchen inventory and report stock requirements Control food wastage and maintain portion standards Assist in menu planning and new dish development Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations Ensure proper storage and handling of food items Follow company SOPs and kitchen safety procedures Requirements: Knowledge of continental cuisine and kitchen operations Experience in hotel, café, or restaurant kitchen preferred Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
